Subscription refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of any new subscription start. To request, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We process within 1 business day. Refunds return to the original payment method.

Outside the 14-day window

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future charges; remaining credits in the current period stay usable until period end.

Failed generations

If a generation fails (status failed), the credit is automatically refunded to your account within seconds.

Marketplace voice charges

Voice license fees are non-refundable once the licensed Output is downloaded.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

Statutory rights

EU/EEA consumers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
