Our commitments

Liora is committed to building generative music tools that respect creators, listeners and the broader music ecosystem.

What you should know

• Output is AI-generated. Tracks created with Liora are generated by computer models. We require that you disclose AI involvement when distributing Output on platforms that mandate it (e.g., DSP labelling rules, EU AI Act Article 52 transparency duties).
• Watermarking. Where technically supported, Liora-generated audio includes an inaudible signal we can detect. This helps platforms and rights-holders identify AI-generated content and helps us enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
• No private-content training. We do not use your private User Content (prompts, lyrics, generated tracks) to train artificial intelligence models. If we ever consider doing so for any user, we would require explicit, granular opt-in consent first.
• Voice marketplace integrity. Voices in the Liora marketplace are licensed under written agreements with verified artists. We do not host unauthorized voice imitations.

What we ask of you

• Be transparent. When you publish Liora Output, tell your audience an AI tool was involved if your distribution platform requires it.
• Respect identity. Do not use Liora to imitate real people without their consent, or to create misleading or defamatory content.
• Respect rights. Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity or other rights.

EU AI Act

Liora is preparing for full compliance with the EU AI Act. Generative AI providers under Article 52 must label AI-generated content. Liora's watermarking and metadata tagging satisfy this requirement; if you re-encode or strip metadata, you remain responsible for disclosure under applicable law.
