Music Licensing
Effective date: 2026-05-08
This page summarizes Liora's music licensing in plain English. The legally binding terms are in the Terms of Service (Sections 6–9). In any conflict, the Terms control.
Output
| Plan | License | Commercial use? | Distribution? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Personal use | No | No paid distribution |
| Creator | Worldwide commercial | Yes | Yes (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, ads, films, games) |
| Studio | Worldwide commercial | Yes | Yes |
| Enterprise | Worldwide commercial + indemnification | Yes | Yes |
The license is perpetual for Output you generated while on a paid plan, even after you cancel.
Voice Marketplace
Each marketplace voice has its own license agreement with the artist. Per-track fees apply. The artist receives 70% of the per-track fee. The license is shown on each voice page. By using a marketplace voice, you agree to that voice's specific terms in addition to the Liora Terms.
Restrictions
- You may not register Output as your own composition with a performing-rights organization (PRO) in a way that misrepresents authorship of underlying compositions to which Liora is not party.
- You may not claim that an Liora-generated voice is your own original recorded voice.
